You Are Not My Competition—You Are My Co-Conspirators

Let me say this plainly:

I don’t believe in competition when it comes to passion.

Not in advocacy.

Not in healing.

Not in arts.

Not in spirit-led business.

Not in love.

To view someone walking a similar path as competition is to look at your mission through the lens of scarcity.

It’s a mindset trained by capitalism, by fear, by the lie that there’s not enough room at the table.

But I’m not here for that lie.

I’m here for truth.

And here’s the truth I hold:

When you win, I win.

When you light a fire in someone’s soul, that warmth ripples into the world I share.

I don’t want to outshine you.

I want to stand beside you and amplify you.

Because if your message is rooted in liberation, in justice, in love— then we are both midwives to the same rebirth.

I want to see your human rights advocacy thrive.

I want your spiritual business to be seen, heard, and supported.

I want your workshops, your art, your truth-telling, your medicine, your voice— to be held by the people who need it most.

I want to see our entire field rise because we shared, not because we hoarded.

Because we uplifted, not outpaced.

Competition is lack mindset.

It says: “There’s only one seat.”

But collaboration?

It builds more tables.

It invites more chairs.

It multiplies the feast.

The world is thirsty for what we do.

There is more than enough.

There are more people who need healing than there are healers.

More people who need support than there are advocates.

More people who need truth than there are messengers.

So if we both believe in something bigger—

bigger than ego,

bigger than metrics,

bigger than personal gain—

then we are already on the same team.

You are not my competition.

You are my co-dreamer.

My ally in the revolution of love.

My mirror in the movement toward freedom.

Let’s build each other up.

Let’s celebrate one another.

Let’s make abundance the anthem of our mission.

And when they ask how we succeeded?

We’ll tell them:

We chose each other instead of the race.

We chose the rising over the winning.
