About Your SoMagic Yoga Instructor

Kat is a certified somatic therapeutic coach and 500hr yoga teacher whose work bridges science and soul. With over 27 certifications and 70+ courses in somatics, yoga, and trauma-informed facilitation, she guides students back to the innate intelligence of their own bodies.

Her unique style—what she calls SoMagic—is where somatic awareness meets sacred movement. It’s a practice of listening instead of forcing, feeling instead of performing, and allowing the body to lead you home to yourself.

Kat’s classes offer a space to unwind tension, reclaim breath, and remember that healing doesn’t have to be hard—it can be soft, embodied, and beautifully human.
