Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing the weight of the salt to anchor you in this present moment. Let it cleanse away the energies that no longer serve you, making space for what you are ready to call in.

Now, gently add the herbs and oils, each drop and sprinkle carrying the essence of your intention. As you stir, feel the energy shift, a subtle yet powerful connection forming between you and the elements. You are part of something ancient, a sacred rhythm that flows from your hands into the salt.

Without judgment, just notice the quality of your thoughts. Are they racing, calm, scattered, or focused? The mind is constantly processing information, but we often get swept up in its noise. In this practice, we’re simply bringing awareness to those thoughts, not trying to change them.

Now, gently ask yourself: Are my thoughts in the past, the future, or the present moment? This awareness of where your mind tends to wander is powerful—it shows you how your nervous system is reacting. Your thoughts are just one channel of awareness, and by observing them without attachment, you begin to create space for deeper presence and clarity. Remember, the mind is just one voice in your awareness, but it’s not the whole story.

Close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath. Bring your awareness to your scalp—the crown of your head, where everything begins. Place your fingertips gently at the base of your hairline, and start to softly massage in small circles. Feel the texture of your hair, the warmth of your skin beneath your fingers. Let the pressure be light, as if you’re cradling something precious.

As you move your fingertips over your scalp, imagine each touch awakening tiny sparks of sensation. Notice the way your scalp responds—the subtle tingles, the ease that starts to spread. Move slowly, like you're smoothing out every thought, every worry. Your fingers are an invitation for relaxation, and your scalp welcomes it.

Let your hands explore the shape of your skull, the curves and edges. This part of you holds so much—your thoughts, your dreams, your inner world. As you massage, imagine releasing anything that feels tight or heavy. This is your time to be present, to simply feel. Each gentle stroke, each small circle, is a reminder that you are here, in this moment, honoring your body with love and care.

Hosted by Peachtree City PFLAG, this workshop aims to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in your career journey. Whether you're entering the workforce for the first time or looking to enhance your existing skills, this event is here to support you.

What We'll Cover:
- Crafting a resume that truly stands out
- Understanding your rights in the workplace
- Learning how to leverage AI for next-level productivity
- And so much more!

We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and excited about their future in the workplace. This workshop is all about empowering you to walk into your career with the confidence and resources you need to thrive.
