I’m Kat, and I’m here to remind you that you are worthy of being seen, supported, and celebrated exactly as you are. As a mother, healer, and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where we can reclaim our bodies, our power, and our truest selves. My journey has taken me through the worlds of somatic therapy, conscious communication, sacred sexuality, and more, blending these practices into transformative experiences that guide us all closer to our deepest truths.

Creating safe, nurturing spaces is at the heart of my work. I hold space with compassion, respect, and zero judgment, allowing you to explore even the most hidden parts of yourself. My sessions aren’t about fixing you—they’re about embracing all that you are and helping you find new perspectives that bring more joy, ease, and pleasure into your life. I bring a unique blend of masculine structure and wild feminine energy to my work, holding you with strength and tenderness as we navigate the emotional and physical landscapes of your journey.

The Sisterhood Directory was born from my heart, fueled by my passion for community building and uplifting women entrepreneurs. My vision is simple: to transform competition into connection, to create a network where women feel seen, supported, and celebrated, and to guide you in showcasing your unique magic. My time as the Director of Operations at Somastery Therapeutics was a catalyst for this work, where I collaborated closely with Kaira Mayestra to run the company, build systems for the Somatic Therapy Certification program, and cultivate a strong community of coaches and healers.

While teaching, I am deeply committed to helping students feel confident in their gifts. I create opportunities for them to showcase their skills, guiding them through the complexities of Somatic Embodiment, Therapeutic Facilitation and a trauma-informed approach. I have supported hundreds of women in breaking through sister wounds, empowering them to reclaim their magic, mastering their facilitation skills, and lift up their fellow women. From July 2023 to June 2024, I was deeply nested in the Somastery world, building relationships, networks, and mentorship programs that have now blossomed into the Somastery Directory within the Sisterhood Directory.

Now, I’m bringing all of that experience, passion, and commitment into this space—a space where we uplift one another, build business networks, and mentor the next generation of trailblazing women. It’s not just about business; it’s about healing, growth, and creating a ripple of support that extends far beyond ourselves. When we rise together, we change the world.

My work extends far beyond individual sessions; it’s about building communities where women thrive. Through the Sisterhood Directory and She-Rises Network, I’m on a mission to help female entrepreneurs gain the visibility and recognition they deserve. I believe in the magic of collaboration, the power of authentic connection, and the importance of celebrating each other’s wins.
