Breath practices that support regulation, grounding, and choice—especially in moments of anxiety, activation, numbness, or grief.

Nervous System Expansion Through Titration

We work with fight, flight, freeze, and fawn responses using somatic tools that expand capacity gradually, without overwhelm.

You learn how to stay present with discomfort and access comfort at the same time.
